Ping! Ping! Ping! - Yum! Yum! Yum!

Where on Earth can you get "beef sprouts"?  I can't help but chuckle at the thought of beef sprouting.  It would be cool to harvest beef in the fields instead of butchering cows.  While browsing the Internet for recipes, I came across one of Chef Boy Logro's recipes.  The title is hilarious.

You have probably seen or heard of Chef Boy Logro.  He is that vibrant cooking show host with the largest pepper shaker ever, and dashes his dishes with spices while saying "Ping! Ping! Ping!".  He would ask his audience to eat a sample of what he prepared and ask for their feedback.  Everybody in unison would shout, "Yum! Yum! Yum!".

Chef Boy Logro is the first and only FIlipino Executive Chef in a 5 star hotel in the Philippines.  5-star hotels in the country usually employ executive chefs from Europe.  Chef Boy, with a very limited education who was not able to study in high school, rose from a mere household help to an Executive Chef who prepared food for the royal family in Oman.  He is also known to be the highest paid Executive Chef in the Philippines.

His story is a testament to what hard work and perseverance can lead you, and a true inspiration to those who wish to escape the shackles of poverty.  If Chef Boy Logro was able to do it, so can you!

P.S.  HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the great and wonderful dads out there.  I love you, dad!
