At the End of the Rainbow There's a Place I Know...

It's summer in the Philippines.  We are experiencing however, some rains... can you believe it?  Hmmm, climate change, perhaps.

I took this pic several days ago from my bedroom window.  It's funny when you're expecting a fine sunny day, the rain comes and dampen your expectations.  Sadness!...  But then the rainbow appears.  Gladness!...  Everything's fine once again.

The moral of the story?  It's a cliche.  "Hope for the best, expect the worst!"

See, it's all about perspective.  You choose how you perceive a situation.  Bad times are a part of us.  They make us appreciate the good times even more.  Sometimes they are necessary to strengthen and complete us.  It's Yin and Yang - the basic form of the cosmos.

Cheer up!  When it's bad now, things will get good at one point.  And when it's good now, things can still get better!  He-he-he-he!...
